1. WHAT ARE CONDITIONS TO OPEN A TIMO CARD?
The cardholder must be from 18 years of age and above, living legally in Vietnam and have no account with VPBank or use FE Credit service.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TIMO DEBIT CARD?
It will only take you around 30 minutes. Just visit the Timo Hangout as per the appointment scheduled during your online registration to receive the card. Please bring the following documents with you (foreigners only) to confirm your details:
1/ Valid Passport as per law in an acceptable condition that is clearly readable and identifiable (picture and text) clearly for verification; AND
2/ One of the following valid documents with at least 12 months validity*:
+ Vietnam visa, OR
+ Temporary resident card, OR
+ Permanent resident card
*The above documents do not need to have 12 months remaining validity from the date of applying to join Timo.
3. WHERE ARE TIMO HANGOUTS? CAN MY CARD BE SENT TO ME VIA THE POST?
Applicants must come in person and bring the above required documents for confirmation.

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY SERVICE FEES WHEN I RECEIVE MY CARD?
When you pick up your card, you do not need to pay any service fees.
