4. Terms & Conditions for rewards: 

i) E-voucher eligibility:

Current customers who meet one of the following qualification criteria will receive one of the following rewards:

– Customers will get a 100.000 VND GOT IT voucher from Liberty Insurance if they successfully buy a travel insurance plan with a premium of less than 500.000 VND via the Timo app by 31 July 2019, OR

– Customers will get a Liberty Insurance Travel Bag worth 160.000 VND if they successfully buy a travel insurance plan with a premium starting from 500.000 VND and above via the Timo app by 31 July 2019.

(ii) Rewards:

– Qualified customers can receive one of the following rewards: 100.000 VND GOT IT voucher OR 160.000 VND Liberty Insurance Travel Bag.

– Customers can check the voucher’s details, instructions, applicable locations (with detailed address) and specific expiration date on the physical voucher once received.

(iii) How to participate?

– During the promotional period, existing Timo customers can buy a travel insurance plan provided by Liberty Insurance via the Timo app to participate in this promotion.

– The 100.000 VND GOT IT voucher is available for the first 31 customers who buy travel insurance plans provided by Liberty Insurance via the Timo app as per the conditions specified above

– The 160.000 VND Liberty Travel Bag is available for the first 14 customers who buy travel insurance plans provided by Liberty Insurance via the Timo app as per the conditions specified above.

(iv) How will you get the e-voucher?

– Announcement procedure: Timo will send an email confirmation to the registered email address provided by the qualified customer when opening their Timo account within 15 (fifteen) days from 31 July 2019.

– Liberty Insurance will send the equivalent reward to qualified customers before the end of 30 September 2019.

v) Resolving complaints:

– For complaints related to the delivery of vouchers, complaints shall be sent from the customer’s registered email address to care@timo.vn with all related information and images.

– For complaints arising from the usage of vouchers, complaints shall be sent directly to Liberty Insurance’s gift provider as follows:

– Complaints need to be sent within 10 working days after the date that the customer receives the email confirmation regarding the voucher from Timo. Any complaint sent after this period of time will not be resolved.

– Complaints will be resolved within 7 working dates.

vi) Other notes about Vouchers rewards: 

– GOT IT vouchers from Liberty Insurance are available to be claimed and used until the end of 30 July 2020.

– Vouchers offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash. For each voucher type, each customer will receive one voucher (one electronic redemption card) and will not be able to redeem another.

– Each customer can only receive 01 reward. In cases one customers buys multiple policies, the reward they receive will depend on the policy they buy with a higher value AND whether they belong to the first 50 customers who buy a travel insurance plan with the value of less than 500.000 VND or the first 20 customers who buy a travel insurance plan with the value from 500.000 VND and above.

vii) Rewards will not given in these below cases: 

– Policies that are canceled before the end of 31 August 2019 will not be qualified to receive gifts from this promotion.

– In case the customer refuses the reward, the rewards will be canceled.

– In case customers do not complete the required steps to qualify during the promotion period.

– Customers do not coordinate, work and comply with the procedures and process of giving rewards in accordance with the regulations of the Organizing Committee.

– Due to the limited rewards, rewards are given to first-come-first-served customers. If the Organizing Committee is out of rewards, the following customers will not receive these gifts from Timo. For gifts from Liberty Insurance, there is a specific number of limited rewards as shown below:
1. The 100.000 VND GOT IT voucher from Liberty Insurance will be given to the first 50 customers who buy travel insurance plans with the value of less than 500.000 VND via the Timo app by 31 July 2019.
2. The 160.000 VND Lỉberty Insurance Travel Bag will be given to the first 20 customers who buy travel insurance plans with the value from 500.000 VND and above via the Timo app by 31 July 2019.

– The program may end sooner than expected.

– In case customers misrepresent/miscommunicate the promotion in order to manipulate others to open Timo accounts and this behavior is caught/reported by the participants or the Organizing Committee.

5. Other regulations

– This promotion program can be applied in occurrence with other promotion programs from Timo.

– By participating in this promotion program, customers are bound to accept all Terms and Conditions of the program, all the amendments (if any) and all the Terms and Conditions of the Timo ATM Debit card and Timo Spend Account.

– By participating in this promotion program, customers are bound to accept that Timo has the right to use any image, information or document that is related to reward receivers for communication and marketing purposes of Timo, without having to pay the reward receivers any extra fee.

– Reward receivers are bound to receive their reward at the location instructed by Timo. The following fees are not included in the reward and will not be paid by Timo: transportation fee, accommodation fee, registration fee, transfer fee and other related fees or taxes.

– Participants are responsible for paying Personal Income Tax and other fees if incurred later. Participants are bound to follow the rules and regulations, any procedure required to receive the reward from Timo.

– Timo is fully responsible for managing the printing process, the accuracy of the proof of reward redemption and circulating the proof of reward redemption in the promotion. In cases the proof of reward redemption issued by Timo caused a misunderstanding to the customers, Timo is still responsible for providing the reward in accordance with the regulations. The promotion must be fair and transparent.

– The decision of the Organizing Committee for the reward to new customers or any fraudulent activity uncovered is final.

– The promotion rules may change to suit participants. Nevertheless, the timeline & rewards will not be changed or reduced from those rules previously announced. Any amendments which shall occur will be informed publicly on Timo’s social channels/ website and directly through emails.

– By participating in this program, Customer accepts all of the Terms and Conditions listed in this Policy and any changes to this program (if applicable), as well as all as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Timo membership agreement.

– Timo is not responsible if there are any cases of force majeure which occur at the time of the promotion program which result in inaccuracy for any transactions.

– For cases where the organizers have uncovered fraudulent behavior conducted by the promotion participants or have engaged in illegal profiteering or affected Timo’s reputation, the Organizing Committee will disqualify the participant from receiving the reward without notice.

– Gifts offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash. Each customer will receive a gift (one electronic redemption card) from Timo and will not be able to redeem another.

– The redemption of the e-voucher received by the customer is only applicable at the choice of brands as provided by the partner issuing the Evoucher on behalf of Timo and the redemption conditions depends on current regulations of Urbox or Shopee.

– For cases where program participants have committed frauds that the organizers have discovered, or have committed unlawful profiteering or compromised the reputation of Timo, the Organizing Committee will cancel the opportunity. The e-gift voucher will not be issued to the offender without prior notice.

– In case of disputes related to this promotion program, the Organizing Committee is responsible to resolve this directly with the disputer. If there is no mutual agreement, this issue will be dealt with in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.

4. Terms & Conditions for rewards: 

Invite Friends: a function which allows Timo members to share their unique link with their personal referral code to invite friends to join Timo. The invitee needs to access the correct personal referral link to complete the online registration and collect a Timo Debit Card at a Timo Hangout. Through this function, Timo determines the number of successful invitations per member during the program.

Successful invitation: when the invitee clicks your unique link (link containing your referral code, for example, https://timo.vn?referredBy=XY123), picks up their Timo Debit card no later than 31 July 2019 (within the operating hours at each Timo Hangout) and makes at least 02 qualified transactions by 7 August 2019.

4.1 How to participate?

During the promotional period, existing Timo customers can invite other individuals to open Timo bank accounts. When the Timo customer sends 02 (two) invitations and the Invitees open their Timo accounts successfully by 31 July 2019 and make at least 02 transactions no later than 7 August 2019, both the Inviter and the Invitees will receive Timo gifts under this Policy as long as a Inviter successfully invites at least 02 (two) friends.

For Inviters:

Option 1: A Timo customer performs the following steps:

+ Step 1: Sign in to your Timo account at https://my.timo.vn or through the Timo Application (iOS or Android version);

+ Step 2: Click on the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen or under the “Lifestyle” section of the App, select Invite friends and choose the “Send via email” button, enter the e-mail address of the person to be invited to open Timo account. Click “Submit”.

Option 2:

+ Step 1: Sign in to your Timo account at https://my.timo.vn or Timo Application (iOS or Android version);

Step 2: Click on the Menu icon on the left corner of the screen or under the “Lifestyle” section of the App, select Invite friends and choose the “Send via others” button.

+ Step 3: Send out the link with your referral code for invitee to open a Timo account.

Note:

Unlimited number of referrals is possible;
01 invitation that successfully opens 01 Timo account is considered as 01 referral.
A minimum of 02 (two) successful referrals who opens a Timo account during the promotion period will be entitled to receive gifts.

For Invitees:

+ Step 1: Click on the link sent by the Inviter.

+ Step 2: Provide your full personal information (Full name on ID card, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, ID card number, place of receiving card)

+ Step 3: Book an appointment online or await a call from Timo Care to schedule an appointment to come to a Timo Hangout to finish the account opening process.

+ Step 4: Check Email from Timo to validate Email Address, create login name and password for Timo account.

+ Step 5: Go to the nearest Timo Hangout to complete the account opening procedure and get the Timo Debit card. The deadline for invitees to open an account and receive Timo card is 31 July 2019 (as per Timo Hangout opening hours in each province).

+ Step 6: Use Timo to make at least 02 transactions (bill pay, phone top up, POS swipe, online payment)

+ Step 7: An email confirmation from Timo regarding qualification will be received as per campaign regulations below. Successful invitees can login to their Timo account via the website https://my.timo.vn/, select the Privilege section and claim their gift voucher code.

4.2 Rewards:

Inviters

(i) Eligibility:

– Customers are members of Timo with active Timo accounts.

– Customers have at least 02 (two) successful invitation within the promotion duration.

(ii) Reward value:

100,000 VND for the first 02 successful invitations.

– After the first 02 successful invitations, customers will continue to get 50.000 VNĐ for each following successful invitation.

– There is no limit to the number of rewards.

(iii) Receiving the rewards:

– Reward disbursement time: Timo will directly transfer the reward value to the Timo Spend Account of the participating Inviter who has met all the terms & conditions of the promotion within 30 (thirty) days from 31 July 2019.

(iv) Resolving reward claims:

– Complaints should be sent directly to care@timo.vn with details / proof of claim (invitations to friends, related images) from the relevant email registered with Timo.

– All complaints must be received within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the announcement email. Complaints sent to the Organizing Committee after the above time will not be resolved.

– Complaints shall be settled within at least 7 working days.

Invitees

(i) Eligibility:

– New customers who are not members of Timo, have been invited by Timo customers through the link containing the referral code and have successfully received a Timo Debit card during the promotion period.

– Customers will get a 75.000 VND e-voucher from Timo if they make at least 02 transaction by 7 August 2019. Qualified transactions include:
Phone Top up
Pay bill
POS transaction
Online payments

(ii) Reward:

– Qualified customers can redeem the following reward: 75.000 VND e-voucher.

– Customers can find instructions, applicable brands and locations (with detailed addresses) and the specific expiry dates on the contents of the digital voucher.

(iii) Receiving the voucher:

– Voucher disbursement time: Timo will send an announcement email to qualified customers immediately after they qualify.

– How to claim voucher code: Customers need to login to their Timo account from the website my.timo.vn, visit the Privileges section, and click on the button to claim the gift voucher code. The e-voucher list can be amended without any prior notice.

– The voucher link will continue to be available in the Privileges section of my.timo.vn website till 20 August 2019. After this date, the voucher link will no longer be accessible and the customer will no longer be able to claim the voucher.

Timo employees are entitled to request the Customer to sign and provide information to confirm receipt of the gift if required.

(iv) Resolving voucher claims:

– Complaints or issues related to receiving or accessing link to vouchers from my.timo.vn can be sent directly to care@timo.vn from the relevant email registered with Timo.

– For complaints arising from the usage of e-vouchers, complaints shall be sent directly to Timo’s gift providers as follows: Shopee: 19001221

– All complaints must be received within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the announcement email. Complaints sent to the Organizing Committee after the above time will not be resolved.

– Complaints shall be settled within at least 7 working days.

4.3 Other notes about Voucher rewards:

– Voucher codes are selected randomly from Timo’s system.

– Voucher codes are valid to claim and use until the end of 20 August 2019.

– Electronic Gift Voucher Code / Gift / Gift Certificate cannot be converted to cash.

– Each customer will only be entitled to 01 Electronic Gift Voucher converted into 01 Gift (selected by Customer) and is not required to change the Gift after receiving the Gift Code.

4.4 Gifts shall not be granted in the following cases:

– In case the customer refuses the reward, the rewards will be canceled.

– In case customers open a Timo account but do not complete the required steps to qualify during the promotion period.

– Customers do not coordinate, work and comply with the procedures and process of giving rewards in accordance with the regulations of the Organizing Committee.

– The e-voucher link will be published on the Reward section on my.timo.vn until the end of 20 August 2019. After this date, the e-voucher link will not be available on the Reward section anymore and customers will not be able to get their e-voucher.

Timo staff are entitled to request customers to sign and provide their personal details in order to confirm that they have received the e-voucher.

This document specifies the Terms and Conditions for Customers allowing Timo to share Customer identification information with Partners.

Customers must read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions (posted on the Timo.vn website), and any other documentation and documents that form the Agreement on sharing customer identification information for Partners and Timo.

1 – Words and interpretation

Customer identification information” in Terms and Conditions on sharing customer identification information means information of the Customer, including full name, mobile number, email address only that the customer provided when using service of Timo.

Partner” means a third party, has the rights and responsibilities directly arising or related to sharing Customer identification information of Timo.

2 – Sharing information to Timo

2.1 Allowing Timo to share Customer Identification Information with Timo Partners gives Customers some benefits:

  • Receive a voucher from Partner of Timo;
  • Receive private messages and/or calls about special offers and invitations from Partner of Timo;
  • Receive a separate customer care regime from Partner of Timo;
  • And many other benefits dedicated to Customer from Partner of Timo.

2.2 By clicking on the AGREE button, Customer agrees to allow Timo to share Customer identification information with the Partner. Consent to allow Timo to share Customer identification information is irrevocable.

2.3 By clicking on the AGREE button, Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood and approved all terms and conditions regarding the sharing of Customer identification information to the Partner referred to in this document.

2.4 By clicking on the AGREE button, Customer waives any right to complain or appeal related to and/or arising from Customer’s consent to allow Timo to share Customer identification information with the Partner.

3 – Information security

Customer identification information that Customer agrees to allow Timo to share with the Partner is protected in accordance with the law.

4 – Inherent risks

Customer acknowledges that there are risks that may occur for transactions made on the internet or on electronic networks and voluntary customers who bear these risks.

5 – Applicable law

Terms and conditions on sharing customer identification information is understood and interpreted in accordance with Vietnamese law.

1. Duration of the promotion:

From 1 July 2019 till the end of 31 July 2019

3. Who can participate?

– Vietnamese citizens or Expatriates living and working legally in Vietnam over the age of 18

– Who haven’t had or do not have any accounts with VPBank and have not applied for FECredit products

– Lifestyle Project Management Vietnam employees, Lifestyle Project Management Vietnam partners and associates are not eligible for this program.

4. Terms & Conditions for rewards: 

i) E-voucher eligibility:

Current customers who meet the following qualification criteria will receive the following rewards:

– Customers will get a 100.000 VND Shopee e-voucher from VinaCapital if they successfully open an investment account with the minimum amount of 3.000.000 VND via the Timo app by 31 July 2019.

(ii) Rewards:

– Qualified customers can redeem the following reward: 100.000 VND e-voucher from VinaCapital.

– Customers can check the e-voucher’s details, instructions, applicable locations (with detailed address) and specific expiration date on the digital voucher once received.

(iii) How to participate?

During the promotional period, existing Timo customers can open a new VinaCapital investment account via the Timo app to participate on this promotion. This is available for the first 270 customers who invest in VinaCapital only.

(iv) How will you get the e-voucher?

– Announcement procedure: Timo will send an email confirmation to the registered email address provided by the qualified customer when opening their Timo account within 15 (fifteen) days from 31 July 2019.

– VinaCapital will send the e-vouchers to qualified customers within 30 (thirty) days from 31 July 2019.

v) Resolving complaints:

– For complaints related to the delivery of e-vouchers, complaints shall be sent from the customer’s registered email address to care@timo.vn with all related information and images.

– For complaints arising from the usage of e-vouchers, complaints shall be sent directly to VinaCapital as follows:

– Complaints need to be sent within 10 working days after the date that the customer receives the email confirmation regarding the e-voucher from Timo. Any complaint sent after this period of time will not be resolved.

– Complaints will be resolved within 7 working dates.

vi) Other notes about Voucher rewards: 

– Shopee voucher codes from VinaCapital are available to be claimed and used until the end of 15 September 2019.

– E-vouchers offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash. For each e-voucher type, each customer will receive one e-voucher (one electronic redemption card) and will not be able to redeem another.

vii) Rewards will not given in these below cases:

– In case the customer refuses the reward, the rewards will be canceled.

– In case customers open a Timo account but do not complete the required steps to qualify during the promotion period.

– Customers do not coordinate, work and comply with the procedures and process of giving rewards in accordance with the regulations of the Organizing Committee.

– Due to the limited rewards, rewards are given to first-come-first-served customers. If the Organizing Committee is out of rewards, the following customers will not receive these gifts from Timo. For gifts from VinaCapital, there is a specifc number of limited rewards as shown below:
1. The additional 100.000 VND Shopee e-voucher from VinaCapital will be given to the first 270 investors opening their investment accounts by 31 July 2019.
2. This voucher is only applicable for 1 investment made by a customer during the promotion period.

– The program may end sooner than expected.

– In case customers misrepresent/miscommunicate the promotion in order to manipulate others to open Timo accounts and this behavior is caught/reported by the participants or the Organizing Comittee.

5. Other regulations

– This promotion program can be applied in occurrence with other promotion programs from Timo.

– By participating in this promotion program, customers are bound to accept all Terms and Conditions of the program, all the amendments (if any) and all the Terms and Conditions of the Timo ATM Debit card and Timo Spend Account.

– By participating in this promotion program, customers are bound to accept that Timo has the right to use any image, information or document that is related to reward receivers for communication and marketing purposes of Timo, without having to pay the reward receivers any extra fee.

– Reward receivers are bound to receive their reward at the location instructed by Timo. The following fees are not included in the reward and will not be paid by Timo: transportation fee, accommodation fee, registration fee, transfer fee and other related fees or taxes.

– Participants are responsible for paying Personal Income Tax and other fees if incurred later. Participants are bound to follow the rules and regulations, any procedure required to receive the reward from Timo.

– Timo is fully responsible for managing the printing process, the accuracy of the proof of reward redemption and circulating the proof of reward redemption in the promotion. In cases the proof of reward redemption issued by Timo caused a misunderstanding to the customers, Timo is still responsible for providing the reward in accordance with the regulations. The promotion must be fair and transparent.

– The decision of the Organizing Committee for the reward to new customers or any fraudulent activity uncovered is final.

– The promotion rules may change to suit participants. Nevertheless, the timeline & rewards will not be changed or reduced from those rules previously announced. Any amendments which shall occur will be informed publicly on Timo’s social channels/ website and directly through emails.

– By participating in this program, Customer accepts all of the Terms and Conditions listed in this Policy and any changes to this program (if applicable), as well as all as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Timo membership agreement.

– Timo is not responsible if there are any cases of force majeure which occur at the time of the promotion program which result in inaccuracy for any transactions.

– For cases where the organizers have uncovered fraudulent behavior conducted by the promotion participants or have engaged in illegal profiteering or affected Timo’s reputation, the Organizing Committee will disqualify the participant from receiving the reward without notice.

– E-vouchers offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable for cash. For each e-voucher type, each customer will receive one e-voucher (one electronic redemption card) from Timo and will not be able to redeem another.

– The redemption of the e-voucher received by the customer depends on current regulations of VinaCapital.

– For cases where program participants have committed frauds that the organizers have discovered, or have committed unlawful profiteering or compromised the reputation of Timo, the Organizing Committee will cancel the opportunity. The e-gift voucher will not be issued to the offender without prior notice.

– In case of disputes related to this promotion program, the Organizing Committee is responsible to resolve this directly with the disputer. If there is no mutual agreement, this issue will be dealt with in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.
