Unfortunately we do not have this feature yet. In the mean time, you can contribute as and when you want by tapping Contribute from the Investment section in your Mobile or Web App.

You can check the performance of your investment on MiO – a platform of VinaCapital for customers to check their investment and its performance online.

To check your investment performance, log in to the platform via https://mio.vinacapital.com/login with your registered username and password. If you have not activated your account, log in to the platform, click Activate Account and enter your registered ID & phone number. A confirmation code will be sent to your phone and you can use this to reset your password.

If your transaction is made before 10:30 AM on T-1 day, please follow the steps below in order to cancel your transaction:

  • Step 1: Log in to your MiO account via https://mio.vinacapital.com/login
  • Step 2: Click on Transaction History, then click on Processing
  • Step 3: Click on the small arrow (“>”) below your Subscription Order, then click on Cancel to complete your transaction cancellation.

If your transaction is made after 10:30 AM on T-1 day, please contact the phone number provided in the email sent to you by VinaCapital or VinaCapital Hotline. You would need to fill in either or both of these forms, (i) refund request form and (ii) order cancelling request form, and send them to VinaCapital.

If your request is valid, your investment will be refunded on T+2 day or 1 (one) day after the Trade Date.

There are two Trade Dates (T day): Tuesday and Thursday for VEOF (VinaWealth Equity Opportunity Fund), only Tuesday for VFF (VinaWealth Enhanced Fixed Income Fund) and only Thursday for VIBF (VinaCapital Insights Balanced Fund). Cut-off time for each Trade Date is 10:30 AM on T-1 (T minus 1 day), and your investment on T day will be updated in your MiO account on T+2 day (T plus 2 working days).
