This feature is used to block your Timo debit card from being used for online payment transactions. If you disable e-commerce, you will not be able to use your card to make online transactions on any platform. However, you can still use your card at ATMs or swipe at normal POS machines.
Log in to the Timo app, lock your card and change your password instantly! Then call the Timo Care hotline on 1800 6788 to report the problem and get further support.
Timo or Viet Capital Bank NEVER ask you to provide confidential information such as username, password, OTP or iOTP code.
If you receive such calls, DO NOT give the caller any information, even if the caller reports that they are calling from Timo. Scammers may be trying to hack your account.
Never share your OTP, PIN, username and password and card information (including card number, card issue date, CVV code (if have)) to anyone, including Timo staff.
