What should I do when my card is blocked after 3 wrong PIN attempts?

You can reset your PIN in the Manage Cards section of the Timo app.

  • Select the Timo Debit Card
  • Tap on Reset PIN
  • You will be prompted to enter your password (the one you are using to log in to the Timo app)
  • Then enter your new PIN
  • Input the iOTP/SMS OTP sent to your phone

In case you want to change your PIN or forgot your PIN, you can also go to reset PIN.
