You can Reset your Password or Retrieve your Username right in the Timo app. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: On the login screen, tap Cannot login.
- Step 2: Choose Reset Password or Retrieve Username.
- Step 3: Enter your registered information: ID/Passport and Email address, then hit Submit.
- Step 4: Check your email and click on the link to reset your Password/retrieve your Username and follow the steps to create a new password/get your username.
