How can I check my transactions, outstanding balance and due date?

You can check your transaction list by logging in to Timo app and tapping on Mastercard. Your monthly MasterCard statement will be sent to your registered email with your transactions history, fees (if any), outstanding balance, minimum payment and due date. In case you do not receive the statement within 10 days from the billing date, please contact Timo Care via 1800 6788 for further support.
