My friend sent me money but I have not received it. How can I check it?
To track your transactions, we will need you to provide us with the following information via email to care@timo.vn or via the Timo Care 1800 6783 for us to check:
- Successful transaction code (please ask the sender to contact their sending bank to collect this code)
- The amount of transfer
- The time of transfer
- The name of sending bank
- The receipt of the transfer (if any)
