I have transferred funds but the beneficiary says the funds have not yet been received. How can I track the transaction?
You can tell the receiver to carefully check their transaction history and account balance.
If they still have not received it, we will need you to provide us with the following information, via email to care@timo.vn or via the Timo Care 1800 6788:
- The transaction ID
- The amount of transfer
- The time of transfer
- The receipt of the transfer (If any)
