Can I receive foreign currency transfers from oversea?
Timo supports receiving foreign currency (AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD, THB, USD) transferred to the account and then converted into Vietnam Dong, according to beneficiary information as follows:
- Bank name: Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank
- Swift Code: VCBCVNVX
- Address: 412 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Account number: Spend Account (13 digits)
Recipient information needs to be in the correct order on the Timo system (don’t reverse the last name, first name or middle name). In addition, the notification fee for foreign currency transactions transferred to Timo’s account is 0.05% (Minimum is 5 USD, Maximum is 100 USD, excluding VAT) on the amount that Timo (Viet Capital Bank) received after going through the intermediary bank.
