What you will do

You will be joining the Marketing team, where the focus is on new customer acquisition and retention through integrated campaigns that are exciting, locally relevant, seasonal and appealing. Our Acquisition Campaigns focus on a mix of promotional, seasonal and tactical strategies to drive sign up through our owned and paid digital channels. Our Always on Campaigns focus on delivering educational content to customers using owned channels and the TImo App.

The team comprises of an in-house team of DIgital Specialists, Designers and Content specialists. Your role will be to execute all aspects of digital marketing through a range of different digital media.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Creating the plan and execute or liaise with agencies to implement digital-based marketing campaigns / projects including (but not limited to) Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Partnership, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Design, Content, Product, Operations, IT, …) to ensure production of digital materials (videos, banner online, landing pages, email, blog post, etc.) for campaign / projects that are associated to different stages of consumer journey
  • Managing the company’s  digital assets including (but not limited to) Landing pages, Email, Website, Social media pages
  • Generating reports and analysis of channels performance on assigned basis for all digital marketing activities
  • Conducting paperwork tasks related to digital marketing activities including (but not limited to) creation / preparation of contract, liquidations and payment requests to ensure the progress of campaigns / projects
  • Contributing initiatives and ideas to support team to achieve business and marketing KPIs as assigned


  • Proven work experience and track records in the field
  • Experience or/and practical knowledge with SEM/GDN/Social media Ads optimization
  • Experience or/and practical knowledge with any Email sending platform (Mailchimp/ Getresponse/ Hubspot is a plus)
  • Experience or/and practical knowledge with copy-writing tasks
  • Familiarity with content creation tools
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn on-the-go and apply dynamically into assigned tasks / projects is a big plus ( work related closely to digital-based marketing tools/ platforms like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Website Content Management system , CRM system, Automation Marketing tools, Data analysis tools)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Team-work spirit, problem-solving attitude, persistence


  • At least 1.5 years of experience in digital-based marketing
  • Familiar with SEM/GDN/Social media Ads optimization & analytical tools
  • Any certification of Digital Marketing / Advertising is a plus (Facebook Blueprint / Google Ads Certification / Hubspot Certification)
