1. Promotion Name: Tao TimoPay – Nhan ngay chuc trieu (Create a TimoPay link, receive millions prize)

2. Duration of promotion:

04 weeks starting from 00:00 Monday, September 20th, 2021 to the end of 23:59 Sunday, October 17th, 2021 (including the starting date September 20th, 2021 and the end date October 17th, 2021)

3. Who can participate:

Vietnamese citizens or Expatriates living and working legally in Vietnam, over the age of 18 and have a Timo account with Viet Capital Bank.

Note: Staff of Viet Capital Bank, employees of the company that operates the Timo App, partner companies and promotional partners (including advertisers and media) are not allowed to participate in this program.

4. Terms and conditions for Reward:

During the promotion period, Customer who successfully makes money transfer by using TimoPay feature will receive a cash incentive (“Reward”) according to following distribution:

  • Week is defined as 04 weeks according to the duration of promotion from September 20th, 2021 to the end of October 17th, 2021, each starts at 00:00 every Monday and ends at 23:59 every Sunday every week
  • TimoPay: Timo’s feature that allows the sender to transfer money to the recipient by creating and sharing a link via any social chat apps, the recipient enters the corresponding account information to receive the money after receiving the link.
  • If no Customer meets the conditions to receive the Reward, the prize value will be accumulated to the next week.
  • In case no Customer meets the conditions to receive the Reward in all 4 weeks, the prize value will be forfeited.
  • Each Customer is only eligible for 01 reward.

5. Reward:

Reward (cash) will be transferred directly to the Customer’s Timo Account.
Total reward value: 44,000,000 dong (fourty-four million dong).
Note: Reward will only be given to customers who make 100th and 1000th transactions per week and complete the regulated steps as specified in the Detailed Rules during the Promotion period.

6. Notifying customers:

Within 30 (thirty) days from the end of the promotion, the Customer will receive a notification of the Reward via their registered email and/or via the Timo app

7. How to join the campaign:
To participate in the promotion, the Customer needs to perform the following steps:

  • Step 1: Open the Timo application, select the Move Money Menu and choose “Share a link”.
  • Step 2: Enter the amount, description and security method (if any).
  • Step 3: Select “Continue” and enter the iOTP code to complete the path creation.
  • Step 4: Share the link to transfer money to the recipient.
  • Step 5: Recipient receives money successfully during promotion period.

8. General regulations:

  • Participants receiving the Reward are responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with receiving the gift including but not limited to personal income tax, related taxes, travel expenses for card opening and other relevant expenses (if any)…
  • Each customer is only eligible for 01 reward. Organization Committee has the right to request additional documents to sign and receive the Reward.
  • Customers are responsible for coordinating, implementing and complying with the procedures and procedures of the Organization Committee for Timo Account.
  • The Organization Committee is the final decision-maker in the consideration of the reward.
  • The incentive is not awarded in the following cases:
    • Customer refuses to receive the incentive.
    • Customer does not complete the required regulated transactions during the Promotion period.
    • Customers send the link to receive money with their account information.
    • Customer does not make the 100th and 1000th per week during the promotion period.
    • The Customer does not cooperate, perform and does not comply with the procedures, process and regulations of the Organization Committee.
    • The number of Rewards is exhausted before the end of a Promotion.
  • By participating in this promotion program, customers are bound to accept all Terms and Conditions of the program, all the amendments (if any) and all the Terms and Conditions of the Timo ATM Debit card and Timo Spend Account as per relevant laws…
  • For underwriting procedure, Organization Committee has the right to request additional documents to verify the opening of a Timo Account (if necessary).
  • The Organization Committee may change or adjust the terms and conditions of the Promotion accordingly and the adjustment (if any) will be made public via the Customer’s email registration or via relevant communication channels.
  • The deadline for submitting complaints and disputes about the campaign is 30 days from the campaign’s end date. Pass the above time limit, complaints and disputes will not be valid.
  • The Organizer has the right to share customers’ information receiving incentives on the Program’s information channels, including full name and/or other information. Given the circumstances of sharing the customers’ confidential information such as phone numbers, account numbers, etc., the Organizer will take necessary measures to secure their information (for example: only publish 03 last digits).
