We would like to inform you that, according to Decision 798/QD-BTTTT dated 25th May 2018 issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications, effective from 15th September 2018, your 11-digit mobile phone number(s) will be changed by your telecommunications service provider to a 10- digit mobile number based on the following rules:

Following that decision, to update this change at Timo, you can either visit our Hangouts from 15th October to 31st October 2018, OR if you do not come personally to update your new mobile phone number, by 1st November 2018 Timo will automatically update it for you. Your services will remain uninterrupted during this time.

If you decide to visit our Timo Hangout, to ensure we serve you in the shortest time possible, here’s what you would need to do before visiting:

  1. Call us on 1800 6788 to book an appointment with a Call Centre Representative (For un-scheduled appointments you may have to wait a while)
  2. Bring your valid original ID Card or Passport (as registered with us)
  3. Fill out a service request to authorise the change of phone number
If by 1st November 2018 you have not visited us, don’t worry! You still can enjoy Timo and our services will not be interrupted at any time. Timo will automatically update this change and deem that you have agreed with the Bank’s such update.
