Also please note that from 23.00 pm on 31/12/2020 till 8.00 am on 01/01/2021, our banking partner has scheduled a core banking system maintenance. During this time, all banking services related to your Timo Plus account and cards (including e-wallet connection, online transactions, money transfers, money withdrawals, POS transactions) will be temporarily INTERRUPTED. Therefore, we advise you NOT TO make any transactions during this time and wait for a couple of hours before the system returns to normal.
To be well-prepared for the New Year’s eve celebrations, if you want to deposit cash at a Viet Capital Bank counter or make any important transactions like cash withdrawals, we advise you to complete the transaction before 16.00 pm on 31/12/2020.
