During this time, all services will be temporarily unavailable. We advise you NOT to make any transaction during this time.
However, from 01:15 – 05:00, only 2 services are available:
- Fund transfer (include credit card payment from Timo account to VPBank/Timo Mastercard)
- Close saving account.
All services will be back online after the specified times and you can continue to bank as usual. If you notice any issues, after the times specified above, please do not retry your transaction immediately and wait for an hour before trying again.
