Timo is looking for a loyalty lead, somebody who can help us realize our ambition that “the more you use Timo, the more your life[style] changes.”
Specifically, we are looking for somebody to operationally help drive both sides of our TimoPoints initiative: the earning [of points] and the burning [of points].
We don’t really care about your background, whether you come from a business, marketing, tech, or any other background. We do, however, care about your ability to completely move beyond “how things should be done” and help reimagine how we can make people’s TimoPoints balance something so powerful that one day it may become one of the most important fields on somebody’s tinder profile 😉
This will require you to have a high level of:
1. Creativity: on how to award and redeem points
2. Pragmatism and business sense: show how loyalty is driving business rewards
3. Hustle: whether in commercial partnerships, executing campaigns, or collaborating with our product team – you are in between many different stakeholders!
Our deliverable is a leading software that is changing the way people do banking. You will be proud of your work and you will share with everybody that you helped to build Timo.
You’ll be joining a team of experts who are technically savvy, creative, and who share the intention of reinventing banking in Vietnam. You work closely with international architects and front-end consultants, product managers, and designers to develop the system. You will learn a lot from them.
