TECHNICAL SUPPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound Support via Skype and Helpdesk tickets.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and other team members to raise up suggestions or any concerns, actively suggest a plan of actions to improve overall quality.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL, SQL,…)
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux (Fedora, RHEL, Ubuntu)
  • Jasper report/Crystal report skill a plus.
  • Unix/Python Shell Scripting skills a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required.
