3+ year experience in testing.
Be responsible for product quality assurance and testing in all testing environments as well as Production environment, ensure product go-live with high quality
Handle and take responsible independently on task assignment, like:
- Analyze the impact of new feature or change request and plan for regression test cases.
- Plan to design test cases, prepare test data and execute tests (Mobile/Web).
- Report and monitoring issue/bug.
- Work closely with the Developer to investigate issues/bugs.
- Write a test report and evaluate the system after testing.
- Support other QA team members when needed.
- Have plans to regression test for the whole app on each sprint/release.
- Ability to resolve problems/issues when testing.

Strong mobile and web testing. Banking domain is plus.
Logical thinking and trustworthy are required.
Can work independently in a team and fully responsible for task assignment.
Having teamwork skills, willing to share knowledge and support team members complete testing tasks.
Willing to learn and catch up with new requirements, new software quickly
Ability to effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority, like:
- Handle multi-task.
- Mark priority for tasks if you have to handle many tasks at the same time.
- Estimation time to do tasks and arrange task based on priority.
- Tracking task progress and raise issues, risks to QA Leader.
Good at communication and problem-solving skills, like:
- Resolve test environment issue skills when performing testing.
- Resolve conflict with the Developer when raising bugs.
- Communication with other teams to clarify requirements.
- Give suggestions/solutions to resolve problems.
Intermediate English skills.
It’s nice if you have the following skills:
- Good analytical skills, open mindset, smart-working, good attitude and proactive in handling task.
- Automation testing on mobile and web.
- Knowledge about testing technique, Agile, Scrum.
- Training, Documentation, Reporting skills.
- Leadership skills are a plus.
