Project Coordinator

  • Participating in the preparation/implementation of projects for customer function and reporting the project status periodically.
  • Participating in solving the project issues which are related to schedule, scope and timeline
  • Consulting, supporting on procedures and practices used in project management process
  • Organizing all softcopy/hardcopy documents related to the in-charged projects
  • Accountable for serving as primary contact for status updates and adjustments to the project timeline
  • Monitor and ensure all work streams are on track and responsible to flag out any potential risk and delays
  • Drive closer collaboration across the different functions/clusters


  • 3-5 years working experience in project management or similar role in financial services or SaaS industry.
  • Solid knowledge of project and portfolio management methodology for customer service
  • Excellent Business Understanding especially regarding operators/customer service
  • Financial understanding and business mindset
  • Negotiation, influencing and argumentation skills
  • Ability to drive change where needed.
