Lead a product-squad, including Assistant Product Manager, Product Designers, Developers, QAs for product development, using scrum-model: ideate, product-backlogs, grooming, planning, UAT, Release and Retro… for sprint-deliveries.
Responsible for planning and building a group of product features targeting one or more customer segments.
Manage product vision, product roadmap, prioritization, and product deliveries.
Responsible for product performance of the assigned squad.
Work with Domain-Experts (in Data, Customer Insights, Growth, Technology…) to extract actionable insights for product strategy and product development.
Follow-up with necessary stakeholders to keep an eye and be responsible for a part on full life cycle of a product: from idea, deep-dive, development, release, go-to-market, and improvements;
Report to SVP of Product Department.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or comparable professional experience is preferred.
Work experience of at least 04 years in product management is preferred.
Proven product achievements are strong contributors.
Ability to utilize data and customer insights for product strategy and product development.
Good understanding and ability of User Experience Design.
Influence people with interpersonal skills and handling skills.
Data-driven mindset is required.
Problem & solution thinking, and Problem-solving skills are required.
