• Conduct & manage development of Timo Card products’ policies, regulations and processes

related to professional operations; ensure compliance of those with the Bank’s policies,

regulations and procedures;

•  Collaborate with other leaders in developing strategic direction for product development,

build business and financial plans related to Card products in accordance with the Bank’s

financial and risk policies;

• Identify risks in the process of business control and report, propose or handle appropriately

according to authority, ensuring that defects and deficiencies are detected and handled in

a timely manner;

• Coordinate with internal units and external agencies related to the department’s operations

to ensure work efficiency;

• Participating in the ideation and development of Card products, services and policies;
• Deploy communication programs and plans for Card products and services;

•  A bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Investment, Banking,
•  Proficient in Office Information Technology and application software.
•  At least 04 years of working experience in the finance & banking sector.
•  Knowledge of Card products & related policies, regulations.
• Knowledge of Lending products & related policies, regulations are an additional advantage.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Good at communication and persuasion.
• Fluency in English communication is an advantage
