  • Understand a company’s product orientation to deal with business situations, improve performance and development.
  • Own and manage a prioritized product backlog of the squad while providing easy and convenient consumer experiences while managing risks.
  • Be part of a squad to develop new products & features.
  • Responsible for the performance of existing and new developments (mobile app/operation system/integration) as well as any components connected to the solution platform.
  • Work with customer research to understand customer problems and validate solutions.
  • Based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking, and thorough assessments, provide insights, and advise the management team on significant problems.
  • Connect business prospects with product development by having a firm understanding of the business imperatives and a clear awareness of the capabilities and/or limits of technology and the regulatory framework.


  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or comparable professional experience is required.
  • Work experience of at least 2 years, especially in product & solution management, is required.
  • Capable of creating multiple areas applied method of product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in constantly innovating or features with clear metrics and effect, preferably in fintech/consumer products.
  • Must be able to view, analyze problems, and approach problems analytically and with technical proficiency.
