Product Associate/Support

  • Support for Solution Manager/Product Manager (product operations/policy and business solutions) for one or several Timo products including but not limited to CASA, Term Deposit, Cards, Lending, Usage, Rewards and Loyalty, Wealth and Insurance.
  • Support for new products/campaigns to bring them to success (including collaborating with other partners in banks, wealth, insurance…) and support/monitor go-to-market implementation.
  • Monitor marketplace to ensure product portfolio is well balanced and competitive.
  • Keep track of product performance and profitability and suggest ideas/solutions for improvement.
  • Support the bank’s integration strategy including new system configuration and testing as well as optimization.
  • Participate in UAT test for solutions and other ad-hocs if required.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.


  • Minimum 1-year experience in related fields preferred in banking, financial services or fintech industry.
  • Good at analytical skill with strong business acumen.
  • Familiar with Data analysis, product development and Design-thinking process.
  • Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken.

  • Full time, working hours from 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday weekly
