About The Role:

A day in your life might include: (English)

1. Production and Inventory Management

Monitor, inspect, and manage inventory levels to ensure they meet sales demand and prevent stockouts.
Manage inventory, track and ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing goods at the store.
Develop strategies to minimize product loss and waste.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers, process invoices, and manage financial records.
Assist in generating necessary financial reports.

2. Website and Order Management

Oversee order processing and fulfillment.
Supervise packaging procedures in compliance with company standards to ensure product quality and protection.
Manage the website, update product listings, launch new campaigns, review, and optimize the website for customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer data and implement promotional programs to enhance customer loyalty.
Monitor store sales, including tracking, reporting, analysis, and identifying factors influencing sales fluctuations.
Collaborate with leadership and the marketing department for communication campaigns and product launches.

3. Customer Requests Handling

Supervise, plan, and assign tasks to ensure all customer service channels are adequately covered: Fanpage, Hotline, Email, etc.
Receive and coordinate with personnel, transport companies, and manufacturers to address customer requests and complaints.

4. Personnel Management

Manage store personnel, including training, work scheduling, and job performance evaluation.
Assign work shifts and organize staff according to their capabilities, especially during peak times, such as product processing and high order volumes.

1. Quản lý sản xuất hàng hóa và kho

Theo dõi, kiểm tra và quản lý lượng hàng tồn kho đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu bán hàng và tránh tình trạng thiếu hàng.
Quản lý hàng tồn kho, theo dõi và đảm bảo việc ghi nhận số liệu hàng hóa nhập, xuất tại cửa hàng đúng thời điểm nhập xuất và tính chính xác của việc ghi nhận số liệu. Xây dựng phương án giảm thiểu thất thoát hàng hóa tại cửa hàng.
Làm việc với bộ phận tài chính để đảm bảo việc thanh toán cho nhà sản xuất, xử lý hóa đơn đầu vào và đầu ra của cửa hàng.
Hỗ trợ cùng bộ phận tài chính để thực hiện các báo cáo tài chính cần thiết.

2. Quản lý và vận hành website & đơn hàng

Giám sát việc đóng gói hàng hóa theo quy định của công ty và đảm bảo tính chất và chất lượng của hàng hóa được bảo vệ.
Quản lý website, cập nhật các sản phẩm, chiến dịch mới, rà soát và đảm bảo website đúng quy định và được tối ưu hóa cho khách hàng
Quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng, thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mại, chăm sóc tri ân khách hàng
Quản lý doanh số cửa hàng gồm theo dõi, báo cáo, kiểm tra, phân tích & xác định các lý do tăng giảm doanh số, xác định các phương pháp tăng doanh số tại cửa hàng.
Tham gia và phối cùng Ban lãnh đạo, bộ phận Truyền thông để thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông, ra mắt sản phẩm mới…
Vận hành việc tiếp nhận đơn hàng, xử lý đơn hàng.

3. Xử lý yêu cầu khách hàng

Giám sát, lên kế hoạch và phân công đảm bảo các kênh chăm sóc khách hàng được phục vụ đầy đủ: Fanpage, Hotline, Email…
Tiếp nhận và phối hợp với nhân sự, đơn vị vận chuyển, nhà sản xuất để xử lý yêu cầu, khiếu nại từ khách hàng.

4. Quản lý nhân sự

Quản lý nhân sự làm việc tại cửa hàng gồm đào tạo, sắp xếp lịch làm việc, kiểm tra công việc.
Phân chia ca làm việc, sắp xếp nhân sự phù hợp để đáng ứng được khả năng cung ứng trong các thời gian phù hợp đặc biệt là thời gian cần xử lý hàng hoá, đơn hàng nhiều.
