Manager, Card Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead review on market trend, competitors, target customers and target partners; to identify and develop the TIMO’s Cards unique selling proposition and differentiators
Take responsibility of card specification developments for different types of consumers and card sales process implementation through our sales channel (either inhouse team, third party or digital channel)
Take charge of business models and pricing models for Card development
Manage business strategies, short and long-term business goals, sales & marketing plans, tactics and programs based on the budget, potential of market, target customers, consumer needs, competitors, resources and abilities
Ability to manage Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) of the card portfolio including portfolio actions that drive activation, usage, upgrade and retention by creating a robust card spend activation program, usage programs on an end-to-end basis including concept, execution and fulfillment to generate spending target as required
Undertake the financial models and P&Ls of card that are in charge

REQUIREMENTS

4+minimum years of professional and Credit card industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or relevant major
Business Development experience preferably in the banking, or financial industry
Strong analytical skills (ability to identify tendencies, forecasts, etc.)
Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
Extensive knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and financial systems
Bilingual English (proficient verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously)
Detailed and numbers oriented
Project management skills preferred
