At Timo, Key Account Executive is a strategic approach to managing and nurturing our most important customers. Key Account team works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, develop personalized solutions, and build long-lasting relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work with internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality service and support.
  • Monitor and report on key account performance using KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure customer needs are met.

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience (1 – 2 years) in FMCG, F&B, E-Commerce.
  • Strong connection & network to main distributors and brands.
  • The ability to help craft and independently execute buying strategies.
  • Experience in all aspects of buying.
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
