RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is combined with Online and Offline Support, depending on daily/weekly… traffic.

Main TasksOnlineOffline
Fully handling banking competences (Lock card, active card/account, check transactions or account balance/customer’s card…) via Phone Call and other channels (Live Chat, Facebook, Zalo,…)x
Resolving problems, complaints by clarifying issues, explores the answers and alternative solutions, and implements solutions to satisfy customer’s needsxx
Meeting customer directly to verify and open the bank account/issue card/update information/make the tracer request and other banking operationsx
Cross-selling consulting campaigns (Credit card, fund certificate…) according to the set goalsxx
Providing innovative offers to improve quality service of Contact Center/Customer Departmentxx
Ensuring to adhere to the defined Operation process, instructions related to Anti-money laundering (AML) and Know your customer (KYC)x
Ensuring to adhere to the defined Timo’s code of conductxx
Implementing tasks allocated by Inbound Team Leader/Contact Center Managerxx
Propose innovative offers to minimize productivity and improve quality servicexx

REQUIREMENTS

  • Having at least 06 months of Contact Center representative experience or related service majors (Finance, Tourism, Insurance…).
  • Fresh graduated student is accepted.
  • Having excellent verbal communication skills, speaking clearly and succinctly.
  • Being able to work in shifts 24/7, even Tet Holiday and Public Holidays.
  • Having English proficiency, especially writing and speaking skills.
  • Being able to perform job functions independently or as part of a team and problem-solving skills to solve the diversity of customer’s issues.
  • Having Financial & Banking experience is a plus.
  • Have a motorbike and be able to work out of office.
