RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercial insight experience in complex fintech products and commercial markets, ideally with deep familiarity with the carrier route to market and product set.
  • Proven experience in meaningful positions encompassing consumer/business intelligence, consumer product marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and/or strategy planning.
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends and their potential impact on the business.
  • Work independently on different types of projects, different methodologies.
  • Empathise with customer’s needs deeply and translate to human language.
  • Other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • From 1 to 3 year experience in related fields.
  • Bookworm is a plus. Love reading and looking for new and trending information.
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to identify & gather right information sources.
  • Familiar with Data analysis, Lean customer development and Design-thinking process.
  • Experience in managing a research/information budget and in selecting and managing external suppliers. Being in a research agency is a plus.
