Conduct large-scale, full-process surveys from project design to final reports.
Perform all tasks related to conduct, executive, manage.
Survey prerequisites and logistics, such as discussion guide, vendor contacts, questionnaire, show cards, codebook, tab sheet, etc. for in-house projects.
User research, including primary and secondary.
Quantitative and qualitative research and results assessment.
Identify and assess research concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Plan and carry out user research methodology and tactics.
Depending on individual projects, a Research Analyst role may involve heavily in day-to-day management of projects or maybe more supervisory, overseeing and coordinating others within the project team.
Mentoring and coaching the team’s junior CX researchers.
REQUIREMENTS
Having 4 to 6 years experience in relative fields.
Years of experience in relevant marketing or qualitative market research areas, work experience in a market research agency is preferred.
User experience research and Interview experience are must have.
Good data / insights analysis / interpretation skills
Proficient with a variety of statistical analysis methods such as Regression, Logistic regression, decision trees, time series forecasting methods, etc.
