  • Conduct large-scale, full-process surveys from project design to final reports.
  • Perform all tasks related to conduct, executive, manage.
    • Survey prerequisites and logistics, such as discussion guide, vendor contacts, questionnaire, show cards, codebook, tab sheet, etc. for in-house projects.
    • User research, including primary and secondary.
    • Quantitative and qualitative research and results assessment.
  • Identify and assess research concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and carry out user research methodology and tactics.
  • Depending on individual projects, a Research Analyst role may involve heavily in day-to-day management of projects or maybe more supervisory, overseeing and coordinating others within the project team.
  • Mentoring and coaching the team’s junior CX researchers.


  • Having 4 to 6 years experience in relative fields.
  • Years of experience in relevant marketing or qualitative market research areas, work experience in a market research agency is preferred.
  • User experience research and Interview experience are must have.
  • Good data / insights analysis / interpretation skills
  • Proficient with a variety of statistical analysis methods such as Regression, Logistic regression, decision trees, time series forecasting methods, etc.
