Responsibility for Implementation
- GAP analysis with core implementation partner.
- GAP analysis with partner banks.
- Analyzing and evaluating responsiveness of the core system in accordance with Timo’s business and development goals.
- Establish existing and future transactions of Timo Digital Bank.
- Coordinate with partners to implement, test, test and accept products / features of the core system.
- Transforming processes and data on the partner bank core system with the new core system.
- Analyze, build test scripts, perform testing, confirm and evaluate test results.
- Participate in training and development of training materials for users of the Core system.
Operational responsibility
- Responsible for supporting and operating CMS, Core Bank, Core Card, C-OPS systems …
- Check, monitor and operate the system to ensure stable and continuous operation
- Coordinate with implementation partners and partner banks to handle problems related to the system
- The focal point to receive, process and answer support requests from relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other departments inside and outside the IT sector to improve products.
- Researching and implementing new products on Core Banking system.
- Check for errors arising on the system.
- Participate in other works, projects according to assigned requirements.
- Manage and coordinate SLA’s with application service providers
- Research and implement core banking technologies
- Investigate and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize Core Banking application availability
- Develop management information reports and dashboard using business objects, crystal report and other applicable tools.
- Design and manage data warehouse applications and tools
- Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) with application service providers
Advantage factor
