• Performance Dashboard Development: Build performance monitoring dashboards to closely track the performance of features. Provide valuable insights to comprehensively understand and subsequently improve features.
• Data-Driven Issue Resolution: Utilizing data analysis to pinpoint issues within products/services, working in conjunction with departments such as IT, Business, and Customer Service to effectively address and rectify these issues. This includes optimizing operational systems and refining product/service features.
• Product Release Support: Playing a pivotal role in facilitating the rollout of new product releases, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation.
• Product communication systems: Operating a range of tools to facilitate and support communication-related activities in app
• Product data management: In charge of documenting how data is entered into the database based on product requirements. Monitoring data closely to make sure it matches what the product needs

• Data driven mindset, analysis skill, customer insight
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with Excel, SQL skills
  Familiarity with data dashboard building tools
• Experience in Tool Management, deal with repetitive processes
• Knowledge about online payment (e-commerce, fintech, finance, e-banking, etc.)
