1/Sử dụng WiFi thay cho mạng di động/ Use WiFi connection over cellular data 
Hãy dùng mạng Wifi khi có thể để thực hiện các thao tác trên ứng dụng vì tốc độ internet của chúng luôn có xu hướng ổn định và mạnh hơn mạng 3g. Kiểm tra đường truyền Wifi/ 3G/ 4G của bạn ở thời điểm hiện tại xem có đang gặp sự cố làm giảm tốc độ sử dụng Internet hay không? Bạn có thể sử dụng các ứng dụng kiểm tra tốc độ như www.speedtest.net để kiểm tra nhanh tốc độ đường truyền Internet của mình.Tốc độ đường truyền có thể bị ảnh hưởng do quá tải vào giờ cao điểm, nơi bạn đang truy cập có sóng yếu/ mất sóng hoặc lỗi đường truyền. Vui kiểm tra với nhà mạng cung cấp dịch vụ Internet của bạn.
It is always recommended to use WiFi networks over cellular data if possible.Make sure to check out your WiFi / 3G / 4G network to see if there are any connection issues. Connections can be affected by heavy congestion, peak hours or issues with the network provider or your data plan as well as “black spots” where the 3G changes to Edge or lower speed connections – as you drive around town. Issues can also happen as you move around on 3G and the phone tries to connect to Wifi Networks that you have already connected to before. You could use internet speed test app like www.Speedtest.net to quickly check your internet speed.

2/Kiểm tra tuổi thọ pin/ Check your battery life 
Pin của điện thoại còn quá thấp sẽ gây ảnh hưởng đến tốc độ làm việc của ứng dụng. Trong hầu hết các điện thoại và máy tính xách tay hiện đại, Wi-Fi có thể bị tắt đi khi pin của bạn ở mức thấp. Duy trì ít nhất 50% thời lượng pin của thiết bị khi sử dụng ứng dụng để đảm bảo điện thoại / thiết bị của bạn không bị quá tải bởi các chức năng đang sử dụng.
In most modern phones and laptops, the radios including Wi-Fi are disabled when your battery is critically low. Maintain at least 50% of your device’s battery life when using apps to ensure your phone / device is not overloaded with functions.

3/Cập nhật phiên bản mới nhất của iOS hoặc Android/ Update to the latest version of the App in iOS or Android

4/  Sư dụng trình duyệt thay thế/ Using a Web Browser

5/  Xóa bộ nhớ tạm/ Clear Cache 
Xóa caches của Android hoặc tắt hết các ứng dụng ngầm của IOS

6/  Khởi động lại thiết bị/ Restart your device
